Our carefully planned two-family, fruit picking road trip but... oops there was no fruit to pick. The peaches aren't ripe enough, so we ate a few donuts and took to the mountain tracks for a stroll and posy-making.
It was so quiet and idyllic with the immense view and no other visitors. Checked out the coming apple crop, bought some peaches in the farm shop and picnicked in the shade - pretty blissful.
